Hi
My child's meta account was permanently disabled after we uploaded his ID. Is there any way we can recover the account? He has progress and limited items that we don't want him to lose in a couple of games. What can we do?

I'm having the same problem. I've tried contacting support through the links in other threads but get the link is broken for meat support. I've tried sending admin a private message so will let you know if I get anywhere. So far the customer service and finding support has been shocking

The app on the linked phone is blacked out! All I see is a black background with the following message:
Something went wrong
An error occurred. Please try again.

you should log out and uninstall. If you can first the phone app on a different phone even better (you only really need it for setup) everything else can be done within the headset. Do not forget to use the other links for credit. Once that is set you should be free so add the other account as secondary or childs

Hi meta quest support. I've sent two private messages to you, first one a week ago but no reply as yet except for the robot! My child's account is still disabled
