Recovering a disabled account (Age restriction - verification process)

Hi, my account was disabled just about an hour ago, due to some misunderstanding about restrictions on age. Unfortunately, I misclicked the information changes about my age to under 13, and then I've been asked to verify my age. After I tried to prove my age using my VISA card (there was an option such as this), the next minute my account was disabled.

I'd like you to know that I'm an 18+, grown man with a real job. So I can prove that I'm over 13 and my account doesn't need to be disabled. I just want to recover my account because I was using it to link my other accounts on other apps and games, which I've made purchases with real money. 

With all due respect, I need your help in recovering my account. I've already tried contacting Meta/Facebook using Instagram, X, and in Facebook, and even replied to the mail where I've seen my account's deactivation.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear you are having trouble logging into your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly. We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with. Isn't it possible that I'm using my Facebook account to log into Meta Quest? Since Meta is a parent company of Facebook, it seemed logical to ask for help here. I've been searching the internet for hours, including the link you sent, but I still haven't found a solution, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem.
