Recovering an old Oculus account

I haven't used my Rift S in a while, and when I tried to login to use it on the app, it said the account under my email didn't exist. 

Is my old account deleted? I wasn't around when the migration to Meta accounts happened.

Yes, the old oculus accounts were deleted if not migrated to a Meta account by end of March 2024..... people

received emails reminding them of this dead line.

You may talk to support, maybe there is still a way to restore your old account.
