My sons Meta Quest 2 is linked to his mother's account, unfortunately mum has recently passed and we are unable to access it.
I now have new WiFi and we cannot connect the meta quest. Will we have to factory reset the device and lose all his content? Or is there some other way to connect to a new account and retain the content?
Any help would be appreciated.

Oh geez, that's not the best situation at all and we are so very sorry to hear about this. Many of us have lost close loved ones, and we can't seem to shake this.
