Hello, I have sent out referrals and these have been used. My account shows the referral of €30 but when I click redeem it always says error performing query. I was in Europe when I sent them but reside in the uk so should be £23? Not €30? Is this something to do with it? Vey disappointing as I have serveral referrals to redeem but it’s stuck. Please help!

The new account cannot already be associated with a Meta Quest 2 product.
The referral recipient must be registering a new Meta Quest 2 (not refurbished, and not previously registered to another account)
Both accounts must be in the same region and use the same currency

Hey meta, I was about to purchase waltz of the wizard by redeeming $25, but the error says Error performing query. i live in middle east, but i have no idea, i just want to put the cash in and buy the game and play waltz of the wizards do you have any idea how to fix it? i tried in pc and in moblie but nothing works
May we ask, is the Quest cash you are redeeming in a different currency from your store?
The Quest Cash can only be redeemed if it is in the same currency, as you are in a different country it could be incompatible.

Yes, if your store is in a GBP and the Quest Cash is in USD, you would need to either get quest cash in the same currency or change your store currency.
