I have just redeemed all my referrals (one headset and the rest apps) and should have received a total of £439 in credit but I have only received £160 in my quest wallet balance
I redeemed a load of older game credits, and my balance stopped at £160
On looking back through them I'm at least 7x£4 game credits down from what I redeemed!
My partner she redeemed 4x headset referrals, but her balance is £153 (she had £15 credit remaining from the previous year), so she is missing £43 on her account too and worried to redeem the rest of her referrals
At this time the app still says £460 yearly limit, there is nothing to the contrary on the app claiming of lower limits, and just letting us redeem and lose them!
I spoke to support via chat and provided them a screenshot from the headset proving I should have more. They are looking into it and said I should receive an email from support in due course
Not yet been onto chat as just on phone currently, but headset referrals don't even show the name on the balance details page to be able to tally against which is the missing one (for my partner)
My own account for game referrals, had redeemed over 40+ will take ages to figure out which is missing if they're expecting that bit I know at the very least 7 are
I don’t know. In the headset I know it shows the date you redeemed the app referrals but I couldn’t find the device referral section there, only in the app
Thank you both for posting this. I'm in Canada and I'm experiencing the same problem.
I am eligible to redeem $700 CAD credits per year. My Quest Cash balance maxed out at C$288 (the equivalent of £160), even though I redeemed probably ~C$400 worth of app credits.
I had app credits for $5 and $6. I redeemed all of my $5 credits, plus many of my $6 credits.
If you go to the Referrals section in the app and scroll the list, you can see which credits you already redeemed. For example, in my list I can still see numerous $5 credits that I redeemed.
If you go to the Wallet section in the app, you can see your current Quest Cash balance. If you click "View balance details", you can see a list of credits that were redeemed. In my list, none of the $5 credits are showing up, and some of the $6 credits are also missing.

Headset referrals dont show any name associated to them at all to work out which is the missing one
Game referrals do show, but the list is messy, I redeemed well over 40 x £4 games, maybe closer to 60 - to then have to go to and cross reference every single one of them to find the missing ones, on top of that when scroll through the list of redeemed, ones have to scroll past all the non redeemed, and the order isnt strictly in same order as redeemed by the looks, so potentially means cross referencing against last years credits too

nor is it in any T&Cs. And if that was the case, they're still then effectively deleting valid referrals to no longer be redeemable against some unknown/unannounced daily limit
