Hi there
Ive just tried to use my meta quest 2 and I'm being asked to continually redraw my boundary. I'm receiving a message to say I've stepped out of my boundary, even when I try and create a stationary boundary. Also, my device is no longer showing in the app or on my account page.
Is anyone able to help please?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps for your boundary issue:
As for your device not showing up on your account, we would be happy to check this also. Please could you reach out to us in a private message so that we can look into this further? To do so, simply click on our name to access our profile page or click on the provided link. Once there, select 'Send a message' to privately message us. Please note that you must be signed in to the community before sending a private message.
