Hi, I referred my friend.  They activated there VR and set it up.  I saw on my account referral accepted with the half bar.  They finally finished it and she doesn't have the $47 and her name disappeared from my referrals therefore i can't get the credit either. Im on a Quest 2 but she's on a Quest 3, didn't think that would affect it though.  Both in same country.   Need help please

Hey @Bear_96! We've noticed that you're having troubles receiving referral credits for both yourself and your friend. We know you're eager to put these to use and would be happy to help. The main reason for not receiving referral credit is that the referral program conditions were not met. Here are some factors required in the referral program that can prevent you from receiving your credits:
 

  • Customers must have a registered Quest 2, Quest 3, or Quest Pro.
  • The recipient's Meta account cannot already be associated with any Meta Quest devices.
  • The referral recipient must be registering a new Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, or Quest Pro. (The device must be new, not refurbished, and not previously registered to another account.)
  • Both accounts must be in a Meta Quest supported country.
  • Both the referrer and the recipient must be at least 18 years old (19 in South Korea).
  • The referral code must be applied before setting up the new Quest device.
