Meta finally made things right and I received all my credits. So I guess it’s not a SCAM after all and you just have to follow through and be patient and answer all of their questions. They did inform me they are working on their process to correct these issues and improve the customer experience.

Everyone beware either META has the worst customer service and most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with or the referral credit is just one giant scam! They keep asking for the same information over and over again and they keep sending new messages from different people always stating that ‘I am taking over for a colleague!’ I think their main goal is to wear you out, so you forget about the credit, and of course they save themselves a lot of money in the process, so false advertisement at its best….. a typical bait and switch!

It's almost 3 weeks since I first signed up and activated my Quest 3 yet I have not received the referral credit. There are also many other victims posting similar things in the Get Help section. 

I have had the exact same experience. The referral program never works and when you try to get support you get the run around. I love my Quest devices but customer service needs some work.
