Referral Link not working

Trying to send a referral link for the Meta Quest 3. Friend keeps getting a message that she cannot accept the referral link. Of course this is timely for the $60 credit for both of us. I see this has been an issue for a while. Anyone have success?

Hey there, @woj4 and @KaliKiku! We understand that you guys are having issues with your referral link's not working. We know that you guys want this resolved ASAP, we'd love to help you out! If both of you could make sure that you followed all the program rules, just to ensure that you guys did the referral correctly. If you have correctly done the referral process, pls send us a PM, so that we can gather some info to take a look at you guy's account's. 

 

Program Rules:

  • To make a referral, customers must have a registered Quest 2, Quest 3 or Quest Pro.
  • The recipient's Meta account cannot already be associated with any Meta Quest devices.
  • The referral recipient must be registering a new Meta Quest 2, Quest 3 or Quest Pro.
  • The device must be new, not refurbished, and not previously registered to another account.
  • Both accounts must be in a Meta Quest supported country.
    • The system will automatically convert the referral credit to the currency used by the Meta Quest store for the customer's location.
    • The referral code must be applied before setting up the Quest 2.

Once you all have confirmed that you've followed all the program rules, please select our name to get to our profile page, or click Here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us. Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message. We're looking forward to hearing from both of you!

I guess we are just not lucky lol... posted three hours ago and nothing happens while support is commenting other posts the same time. I am a bit disappointed in that because i guess me and my friend wont get the 60 credit =/
