Been trying to find help online for meta-regarding her referral bonus that was not given to me or my friend about two weeks ago. I let him use my MedQuest three he played it at my house for about three hours said he was buying one the next day so I emailed him the referral link. When he got his set up, he followed it through the link, but it did not complete registration so he tried it a second time and again, it would not complete registration ultimately reset everything and try it again for a third time and it worked, but it wasn’t through the referral. Now I know this doesn’t follow the rules of using the referral, but as you can see, it was very difficult for him to try and get it to work. Needs to make the referral program. Easier to follow less hoops to jump through. I feel like I spent quite a bit of time. “selling him“ on the product and yet neither of us got anything out of it except getting another purchase.

Did he click on the referral link prior to setting up the headset?
