Yesterday I have accepted an random referral that should give quest money for new users.
Got my quest today, completed the activation process but the balance is still 0. If I try to accept an referral today it shows me the message as I am not eligible.
I have set my age correctly, have a Paypal linked also.
What can be wrong?
