Referral credit not received

Did not receive the $30 dollar referral credit from my son after activating my new Quest 2. Got the following message:

Unable to accept referral
There was an issue accepting this referral. You may not be eligible because the country or region is not supported, you referred yourself, or you already accepted this referral.

I accepted the referral when I started setting up the Quest?

We understand that you're receiving an error message when attempting to redeem referral credits, and we're eager to assist. In order to provide the best assistance, we kindly request that you send us a private message, due to the potential of dealing with private and sensitive information.

In addition, we would be grateful if you double-checking that you both meet and completed all of the steps mentioned in the program rules below:

Program Rules

  • To make a referral, customers must have a registered Quest 2, Quest 3 or Quest Pro
  • The recipient's Meta account cannot already be associated with any Meta Quest devices.
    • Older Oculus devices (such as the Oculus Quest 1) should not make a referral ineligible.
  • The referral recipient must be registering a new Meta Quest 2, Quest 3 or Quest Pro.
    • The device must be new, not refurbished, and not previously registered to another account.
  • Both accounts must be in a Meta Quest supported country.
    • They don't need to be the same country.
    • The system will automatically convert the referral credit to the currency used by the Meta Quest store for the customer's location.
  • Both the referrer and the recipient must be at least 18 years old (19 in South Korea)
  • The referral code must be applied before setting up the new Quest device.

Still have not received the referral. Yes we completed all the steps and we both meet all the requirements.
