Referral credits not received. Support will not communicate.

I've been trying since Dec. 19 to get the credits from a referral from a friend. Neither of us have received them. I PMed with @MetaQuestSupport and after numerous messages, sending requested information (twice), and waiting an allotted amount of time (twice), the last message I got from them was last Friday saying that if the credits haven't shown up by Jan. 1 they would manually add them to both accounts. Nothing since then. They will not reply. I started a ticket three days ago and have heard nothing. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm at a complete loss. I don't think I've ever experienced worse customer service.

It finally went through.

I'm in the same boat.  Ten emails back and forth, then they started ghosting me.  It's been 6 days since their last reply.  But I haven't gotten to the point yet where they said they'll credit me.  They just kept asking questions, then started asking question they had already asked which I had answered.
