I got a referral from a friend, was taken to the site to set up an account which I did, accepted the referral, was taken to the site to buy a device. Subsequently, I powered on my quest 2 for the first time, registered it on the same account I had just created, and now the website is telling me that the referral was not accepted because a device has already been registered.
What can be done to have the referral go through for my friend and me?
