Hi. I've sent a private message now 2 different times about not getting the referral credit for myself & for the person that referred me...with no response to either message. Is this support team typically unresponsive?

I've contacted MetaQuestSupport via private message several times for various issues, and they've always gotten back to me within a day. I find them to be responsive and helpful.
However, it wouldn't surprise me if their response time is a bit slower right now because they are probably getting a much higher volume of messages since Christmas.
However, I'm certain they will be able to help you, even if it takes a bit longer.
