My friend got a 25% link from me for a game and I was supposed to get 5$ store credit but when I opened the meta quest app it showed a blue line at the 1/3 mark across the screen. How do I get the store credit?

Once your friend has purchased the app using your referral, you will be able to redeem your $5 store credit after 14 days. If it hasn't been that long yet, you might just need to wait! If it has been longer than 14 days since your friend bought the app using your referral and you're still stuck there, let us know so we can figure out what's going on.

Good question! So while the app referral is still in that waiting period of 14 days, it won't show as full because it is basically still being processed. Once that period is over, it should update to show a full bar and you should be able to redeem your credits there! If for whatever reason after 14 days it doesn't show as full or you can't redeem your credits, you can reach back out to us for assistance.
