Just got my mother to purchase a brand new meta quest 2 out the box, sent her the referral link which brought her to the app, she made and account and paired the brand new device after it updated and the link appears to have done nothing. Neither of us got credit or even acknowledge that the link even did anything. All it does is go to the meta quest app and thats it.
