Hi there,
I have a German account and cant seem to find the refund option.
Yesterday I bought a title and just out of interest was looking for it.
The policy guideline says to look for "Kaufverlauf" but there is no such page.
When I log into my account via the Oculus Website, in "Meine Bestellungen" I can see the title I bough yesterday ... which I have not even installed as of yet. But there is no refund option... I don't think a title needs to be installed in order to have this option?
In the Oculus App the only refund related link is the one included in the detail page of ever title, that only points to the refund policy webpage.
So - where is this refund option supposed to be?
Can someone post a screenshot?
