Refund Problems



I made a request for a refund for the app Virtual Desktop on March 5th. The app is no longer available to me, but the money has not been returned. What should I do?

My profile says that the request was approved, but there has been no money on the VISA card for more than a month.  

And also, I can't contact technical support via the form on the website -  there's an error.
