Refund Request Rejected

I recently purchased Survival Nation and was excited to try it out, and while it was a wonderful game, no matter what I did with the movement settings, I got incredibly motion sick. I struggled with testing out different settings hoping it would solve it only for it to continue making my stomach turn even while just walking around. (It's especially strange because I usually never get motion-sick in the slightest!) I also didn't want to refund it if I could because I bought the game to play with some friends of mine.

I'm not sure how long I played as the meta store doesn't show how long you've played a game, but after several hours of almost vomiting I gave up and went to request a refund. Today, I received a email saying my refund request was rejected (not even telling me why it hae been rejected) and I've spent the last 3 hours trying to find a way to contact Meta support as I cannot play this game in any capacity without almost vomiting after two minutes.

I could really use some help here.

the automatic request only works, if you played the game less than 2 hours and the purchase is less than 2 weeks ago. As you already said, this does not work for you anymore after several hours playtime.

scroll down the page to "contact support" or

send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.

Even if the automatic refund not work anymore, they may able to help you.
