So I accidentally bought a game and I couldn't cancel it. I had to refund it, but Paypal didn't accept the refund, and I cannot play the game. It still says refund requested on payment history. How can I, 1. Get the game back, or, 2. Get a refund?

Hey Piccowo, if you requested a refund through the Oculus App, they will review the request and email you with an update. It usually takes 5-7 business days to review, verify and process a refund request. To check on the status of your request, you can view your Purchase History in your Settings. If it's been over 5-7 business days then you may want to contact your bank to verify the status of the refund, or you can contact Support directly and they can verify that your refund is still being processed.
