Hey I decided to refund Pavlov Shack and my refund has been accepted but I have not gotten my money back how can I fix this?

Wait a few days, if you then still not have got the money back, contact support.

I returned my Meta Quest headset for a refund and followed all of Meta's instructions. Multiple support reps verified receipt and promised I'd get my $600 back in 7 days. It is going on 12 days and they can't figure out why my refund hasn't processed. I'm getting emails from AI bots and have no way to talk to a human. I don't want to bash Meta but I'm frustrated at the no response and no action on Meta's part (I need my money back)! Who can I report this to in order to get my money from Meta!!???

I tried reaching out to them to no avail! It has been 28 days since they've acknowledged receipt of my returned headset and Meta still hasn't refunded my $600 payment. They promised to refund my payment within 7 days after acknowledging receipt of the headset, but that turned into "we're having an issue on our end refunding your payment". I keep getting emailed responses asking for my continued patience while they reach out to their dedicated team to investigate the issue with my refund, but no answers to what the issue is or why they can't simply give me my money back. It has almost been a month and Meta has their merchandise back but refuses to process my refund. I am trying to be professional about this and haven't posted to all social media sites about my horrible experience with Meta, but I really need my payment back and I am running out of options with their support department which seems to be AI bots who are not capable of resolving my issue!
