Refund not approved

My cousin recently went on my Meta Quest 3 and shortly after, I got a notification saying that someone spent money on my Meta account so I went to go look into it and it turns out my cousin found out my pin and bought a game without my approval. I really want a refund because it wasn’t approved and the games transaction wasn’t approved by me. Thank you

a refund should no problem, if the purchase is less than 14 days ago and you havent played the game more than 2 hours.
