So I requested a refund and it got approved, but I never received my money back to my debit card bank. Does it go into store credit or what? If so how can I use store credit?
Hey there, that's a normal concern to have when refunding a game. We'd love to provide a bit of insight.
If a game is accepted for refund, it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to process and return to the payment method which was originally used to purchase it.
If after 7 business days you don't receive the funds, we do suggest reaching out to your financial institution as they can hold funds before releasing them.
