Hello,

About a month ago I refunded the game (bone lab) and it was a simple mistake, I would like to gain my game back please.

Hey @Zesterson. We understand how it can be to refund something and later realize how much we want it. When it comes to our refunds, they are final and the funds should be back into your account within 7 business days. We do suggest purchasing BONELAB again if you're wanting to play it again.

Is there any probability to gaining access to the game again? I don’t have the money to purchase the game and I’m not sure if I ever got the funds back.

Hey actually I was playing bone lab and then it just deleted the on it’s own and I really want it back 😢😢
