Within the last week I got a replacement oculus 2 headset after the battery in my original headset died. So far the app in my ipad can't find the headset. I've gone through the usual faffing with the factory reset, clearing bluetooth cache uninstalling the app etc.... NOTHING has worked and I'm totally p*ssed off. I'm not prepared to keep waiting forever while they do sod all. I'm not a gamer, and I just use it for watching my own tv programmes & movies. In other words MY TIME ! Same code that comes up after ever factory reset why ?

I to am having the exact same issue, everytime i get in touch with support this state it is a global issue (not too sure i believe this) all they say is sit tight and wait, as if i haven't waited long enough.

There's no way I'm gonna sit on my backside and wait. There's only a 3 month warranty so when that's expired, I'm left with a useless paperweight. 😡😡
