Thank you for reading my problem.
I bought an Occular 3 from Monster Games in Thailand for my son, but it broke within six months. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, it's clearly a hardware issue.
Monster Games told me I had only a three-month warranty because the device was bought by Monster Games in Japan and they offered a repair service for 6,000 THB (about $175), which I accepted as I had no other choice.
Later, they claimed they couldn't send it to Japan and proposed a repair in Thailand for 1,500 THB, but without a guarantee of success and with the loss of the official warranty.
Two weeks later, they returned the device unrepairable due to a broken charging board and lack of spare parts. I spent around $900 including games, and now my son is disappointed with a non-functional device.
Is there any way to get it repaired abroad or purchase spare parts online? Any help would be appreciated.
