Hi, one question. My Quest 2 is broken and i contacted Oculus. They told my i can send it to them and i is getting repaired/im getting a new one. How much does that cost me?
Hey @NicoGraf, we're disheartened to learn that your gateway to the VR world is no longer working as it is broken. In this case, we request you to send us a Private Message, so we could collect further information to provide you details about the replacement procedure.
Meta don't repair headsets so you will be offered a "reconditioned" one (someone elses return, basically) either for free if you are under warranty or at a discount (I think it's about 10%, could be wrong) off the full retail price.
