After two happy years, the left controller of my Oculus Quest is no longer pairing with my headset.
The good news is that after a very thorough troubleshooting chat with a Meta agent they have agreed I've done all I can and offered to send a replacement controller.
The bad news is that the device is registered in the USA (it was a corporate gift), the warranty is only valid in the USA, and they are only able to send replacements to an address in the USA. Unfortunately, I am not in the USA. I have never lived there, and I have no current contacts there, so this isn't an option for me.
Has anyone else outside the USA faced this? Have you seen replacement controllers for sale somewhere that doesn't cost $200+?
