Replacement process

My left controller is defective. 

I'm deeply disappointed by the replacement process, sending the part and waiting to be received and send back for a potentially reconditionned. 

You would be able to send a new part and remove the faulty one the same day by the same delivery person, which would not include not being able to use the headset during this time.

 

For a product under warranty at this price, I find it unacceptable
