Hi, I sent my Quest 2 in for a replacement because the recent update bricked my headset. Upon receiving the replacement refurbished headset, I am missing both of the controllers that should have been in the box along with the headset. When I sent in the broken one, I had placed all cables and controllers in the box with it, so I expected to get a new set (or refurbished) with the replacement Quest 2.
