My issue is as the title suggests, my left controller does not track well with my headset on. It can track which direction I am pointing the controller, but does not track the location of where the controller is in the 3d space of my play area.
I was wondering if there was any way I could potentially troubleshoot and fix the controller myself, if there is any potential issue with the headset itself, and how I might go about replacing the controller if I need to. I heard there are warranties on the device and I was also wondering how to check if my device is still under warranty.
