I am reaching out regarding the recent disabling of my Facebook account associated with my brand. I have submitted various documents, including my personal identification, a business license, and tax returns for my holding company, as requested.
Unfortunately, despite providing all necessary information and completing a video verification, my account remains disabled, and I have no means of further communication due to the current restrictions. We have been unable to link our shopify store with your platform.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your prompt response.
