Request for Replacement Controller and Delivery Inquiry

Hello, 
I hope you are well. I would like to contact you regarding my left controller. Unfortunately, it is experiencing stick drift problems and is therefore no longer functional. Neither removing and reinserting the batteries, nor adjusting the deadzones, nor recalibrating have fixed the problem. As I am still within the warranty period, I would like to request a new controller (left).
 
However, I have noticed that my VR glasses appear to be from France, even though I ordered them via Amazon Germany. On the website, I can only arrange delivery to France. Hence my question: Is it possible to arrange delivery to Germany via email support?
