So I just want to say I'm not much of a Complainer
But when I bought my metaquest 3. And I tried out new games. And I put in for a refund with no problems now. After I own it for a couple of months. I tried to refund a game and it's requested denied. I had to jump through hoops. I had a go to the game developers to get a refund. They said as a third party that they cannot refund my my money
Which is not true I received a email say that they will give me refund it as a one time courtesy. Has any one else have this problems?

So when I Request I refund. It says denied Anna gives me an excuse that says I paid with the game for 2 hours or I had a for 14 days which is not the truth.Request I refund. You guys set the guidelines. We follow the guidelines. If not play for 2 hours or have a 414 days, we should be able to get A. Refund Not request denied
