I recently noticed that my birthdate on Facebook was changed without my knowledge. When I attempted to correct it, I received the following error message:
"Birthday Limit Reached. There is a limit to how many times you can change your birthday. Please contact us in order to request a birthday change."
My birthdate was correct for a long time, but over the past 1–2 years, it suddenly changed. I have already submitted multiple requests along with my personal documents, but I have not received any response.
I kindly request your assistance in updating my birthdate to the correct one. I am willing to provide any necessary verification.
