Requesting a refund for a gifted game

So my friend gifted a game to me, but sent it to the wrong email. We are not sure who owns that email, so he is wanting to refund the gift. How would this be done?

  1. Open the Meta Quest Mobile app on your phone
  2. Tap Menu in bottom right corner
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Purchase History
  5. Select the content you'd like to request a refund for
  6. Tap Request Refund
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to request your refund

Hi @Big_Chungu5  I think your friend, who is the gift sender, needs to "return the gift" and get a refund.

Big PC, all the headsets, now using Quest 3

It says to return it, but it doesn’t explain how, my friend says it requires a code and he doesn’t have the code. Could you elaborate?
