v62 has a big problem with USB port sensor (found the very same issue on my Q3 and the one of my wife)... when used with an extension cable (even if it is a quality cable) from time to time star showing the debris-water warning message. Of course there is no debris or water, just a nasty software false alarm.

It would be nice, at least, to have news from Meta. Since Zuckerberg put his hands on Oculus support has become worser and worser. It's been 3 weeks since this issue has been reported and still we don't know if and when it will be fixed. If Meta can not understand what have they done with v62 they could let everyone downgrade to v60 because now most devices are almost unusable especially with PCVR.

Sorry I don't understand
1. "pressing power button and the volume down" pressing both at the same time? this doesn't do anything for me
2. When what screen comes up? What is "the boot up at the top"?
Thank you

Tiergrade Cable 5m USB-C 3.0 Cable with power USB C connected to Desktop PC (Motherboard USB-C).
The error appear with an without PTC.
The error only appeared yesterday after the V62 update.
Never happened on v60 .
I can click OK on the error and I'm still in PCVR and in game.
I´m using W11.
Hope you can get a bugfix out quickly. I only use the Quest 3 in iRacing and allways with the cable connection.

I suppose he means to force restart:
Or maybe simply enter service menu and restart instead than doing a factory reset:
I'll try it.

It didn't solve the problem for me. I booted but the error remains

I tried it too just now. It hasn't solved the issue for me. I got the error again after 2 minutes.
