v62 has a big problem with USB port sensor (found the very same issue on my Q3 and the one of my wife)... when used with an extension cable (even if it is a quality cable) from time to time star showing the debris-water warning message. Of course there is no debris or water, just a nasty software false alarm.

I'm using 130W power banks but the cable I'm using is only USB 2.0.

Not sure how much power delivery it has. But it has a chip on it that regulates power output. It only supplies as much power as the device needs.

"10 hours? I lose 30% battery every hour, while plugged in to USB-C only and I have USB 3.2 gen 2v2 and USB 3.2 gen 2. And high wattage cables (240W). On iRacing 120Hz"
I wonder is there an app that can log battery usage from using a power bank?

No I haven't tried that. But the image would be blurry and look like **bleep**. Why would anyone want to do that?
The power you'd save doing that is negligible.

If you're only playing wirelessly, you shouldn't get the error. It only seems to happen when plugged in and actually charging while using. I've always used tethered pcvr. I have the Kiwi cable management system with the retractable pulleys mounted to my ceiling. It works great and I can move around my entire play space without having to worry about getting caught up in the cable.
As for motion sickness. That's a whole different topic. I've been using vr since 2014 and the Oculus DK1. Then got the HTC Vive. Followed by the Valve Index and now the Quest 3. I've been lucky enough that being in vr with any type of cockpit, like a racing sim or flight sim, has never given me motion sickness. Thumbstick locomotion took me a little while to get used to but I never have an issue with it anymore. Your body should adapt over time but don't try to force it. If you start experiencing motion sickness, get out immediately. Start with small doses and eventually you should get used to it. It's kinda like getting your sea legs. You could also try taking gravol about a half hour before you play. That helps with motion sickness.

Yes I'm using it while its charging (from the power bank) I thought that was obvious? Its charging and draining from the power bank at the same time.

Yes that's what I mean. With thumbsticks. I use teleport movement. At first I was against it. But its better.
I've got pretty good at moving around with it. I can spin around in my chair to look around. If a game has locomotion I don't really play them. Most games do have a teleport option.
Its akin from going from keyboard only to mouse and keyboard. Now using a mouse I don't even think about it. Its second nature. In time I will get used to VR controllers and won't have motion sickness as much. Its not as bad as it was when I first started. My body and mind are building up a tolerance to it.

Oh my God! What a fiasco 😞
Received the Quest3 from Amazon yesterday,,,,,despite the finnicky set up procedure (I'm not a mobile phone person)....was pretty amazed at the headset (coming from a HP Reverb G1.....Microsoft have deprecated WMR so now imminently dead)
Just started getting into tweaking some settings for Elite Dangerous and BOOM! The dreaded 'liquid/debris in charging port' message popped up in the headset!!!
Will NOT charge (yes, I followed the connection procedure religiously) with this cable...
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B2QPSWSF?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
....and more importantly WILL NOT link to my PC no matter which of the four USB 3 ports I try 😞
So ordered a replacement cable (in desperation)......
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0BRQHN5MY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
....I NEED that tehered link to my PC.
Is my headset bricked do you think? Or is it the cable?? Or is this going to be fixed via an update???
A very sad state of affairs judging by the lack of progress reported here 😞 😞
Regards All
Tom

Same issue when using a (3rd party) link cable to play & charge and on latest V62 firmware.
No issue when using a BoboVR battery headstrap though.
USB port looks fine and I can OK the message and carry on but it sometimes comes back later.

Update - Shut down the PC last night (correction, daft o'clock this morning trying to get this bloody thing to work!)
Came back to it just now....plugged charging cable/data in correct order....VOILA! connected with fully charged green light on the headset 🙂 Ran USB test in Oculus PC app.....2.6GB all good!
Less than five minutes later 'ping pong' debris/liquid in port message......connection now lost again 😞
Should I just start an Amazon return?

Advice needed please.
Where do I report this problem? (I'm not familiar with Meta)
Tried the chat in 'support' (even though none of the 'problem options' are relevant) and it just sat there until it reported 'something went wrong' GREAT! 😞
Is there an official link to register this issue that effectively stops this £479.00 waste of money from actually working?
