v62 has a big problem with USB port sensor (found the very same issue on my Q3 and the one of my wife)... when used with an extension cable (even if it is a quality cable) from time to time star showing the debris-water warning message. Of course there is no debris or water, just a nasty software false alarm.

....and I replaced it with this....

DISCLAIMER - I obviously can't guarantee it will solve your problems but SO FAR it appears to have resolved mine (fingers crossed)
Now if only I can figure out why the 'Oculus Virtual Audio Device' is wildly fluctuating the volume through the entire range!!!!

Suggest you look up class action lawsuits against Apple on the internet. Apple are one of the worst companies for screwing things up, and often deliberately so.

Has meta's support gave any response to this yet? I had this ridiculous problem too when tested just. Before v62 no any issues at all.

Meta Support is just a merry go round of none fixes. You will end up factory resetting your headset for no reason because a lot of the time it's the firmware they push that breaks things. Worst of all this was reported in the PTC, but they still pushed this firmware out to people regardless.

how many hours?

About three hours without any drop out now.

Their responses are mostly bots. That is automated messages. They don't care.

This is the latest official reply from meta (Just pushing up this post from p.47, in case new comers haven't seen it)
Very slow response. They know they can make us wait and their sales won't drop by much.
Just don't let v62 out into the public ok? Meta please be responsible.

Oh and people please back-up this thread in case they make a mess releasing that version to the public and pretend they didn't know the risk.
(Or is the version 62 already public-available?)
