v62 has a big problem with USB port sensor (found the very same issue on my Q3 and the one of my wife)... when used with an extension cable (even if it is a quality cable) from time to time star showing the debris-water warning message. Of course there is no debris or water, just a nasty software false alarm.

Where do you live ? Mine had a DHL Express label and they are addressed to a Czech destination.
Best way is to chat with an agent and stay online with him/her until you get it sorted out.

The default link they send out is to DHL in the US.
Do a Google for DHL in the UK and arrange the pickup on that site using the shipping code Meta sent you with the RMA details.
I had the same issue and this resolved it for me. My device arrived with them today.

Had a power outage while quest 3 was plugged to link cable and when I used it next time the error popped up again. Version 65.0.0.479.341.593271466

Yesterday, after the update for Vs 65.0.0.479.341.593271466 I got the error again. It only appeared to me once but that hasn't happened since the last versions of V64.
