Been using Quest pro with airlink for 4 months now without any issues whatsoever.
After the headset was updated to V54 I'm having headset lag/connection issues on airlink.
Screen is stuttery at times when moving in my playspace or moving my head, the image gets laggy, choppy and black frames appear on the side of the screen oposite to where I'm moving my head.
Image quality has degraded significantly with lots of "artifacts".
This makes casual games like VR chat hard to play due to constant lag and stutter, games like Beat Saber are impossible to play.
I havent changed a single thing in my playspace nor my setup, router config is the same as when it was working, PC is the same, no update has been applied to any of this.
Any advice would be much appreciated as Im lost on what to do.
Just in case
Specs
CPU I9 12900k
32GB Ram
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080TI
Router: TP-link AX1500 Wifi 6 dedicated just to the headset.

Whenever I go into TWD: Saints and Sinners with quest air link, and only in quest air link, and load into the game there are white flashing pixel artifacts in my peripheral vision on the right. These little bastards flash randomly while playing the game which is really distracting. I've tried looking up the problem, but have found nothing that seems to solve it. Anybody else have this problem and/or know how to solve it?

I have the same problem with white pixel artefacts on the buttom of my display. Very randomly in dark areas for some apps. (steam vr start screen, pavlov) Using airlink too.

It's not only while using air link.....I'm playing linked with cable and since update to v53 I also have these flickering dots on the right side of my view.

Gotta appreciate the updates that solely improve the VR experience

Thanks for your quick response.
I haven't updated my graphics Driver.
I haven't disabled the integrated GPU didn't even knew that was possible.
I haven't tried to repair the Oculus app,
My PC is directly wired through LAN cable to the router, the Quest uses the 5ghz AX 80Mhz band.
2.5GHZ band is disabled on the router.
PTC is on. I use it to allow face tracking on VR chat through Airlink.
I haven't tried any troubleshooting steps, nor have I changed anything in my setup, playspace, drivers, everything is the same way it was when it was working. Only thing that changed is the Oculus Firmware.

Same here, its not you or your setup. It is the version.
I was almost totally unplayable via Link for a solid two weeks when I was on v51, getting into PTC for v53 I was good this past month, now I did v54 last night and am also getting that extreme lag.
There is a reddit post somewhere that allows you to change the encoder from x265 to x264 whenever an update messes something up, I'm gonna start there then report back.
I've already tried
-unenrolling/re-enrolling in PTC on both app and headset
-reinstall drivers for pc app
-reinstall PC app entirely
-updated to 05/30/23 game ready driver for NVIDIA 3070 ti
Good luck, and keep us posted.

Same for me here. Was working great and since update, it lag and stutter, mostly when moving around.
