it keeps disconnecting me from my wifi, i restarted it a everything but its still an issue

Hi @IamRissa, the original cause for the issue in this thread wasn't related to wireless and couldn't cause you to be disconnecting off the network. But that definitely doesn't sound like normal behavior. If you're still having trouble, it'd be good to find another thread with the same trouble you're seeing or start a new thread.
In general, you might want to check if other wireless devices are having trouble, maybe try the headset closer to your router in case there's a new source of wireless interference from your neighbors, or a restart on your router and then headset may help. But if none of that's doing the trick, we'll probably need some new details, so please feel free to share what you can when you jump into another thread!

Controllers said tracking lost. Headset is fully charged, sensors are clean, we removed the batteries from the controllers for 30 secs, and lighting is good. We did a reboot and then a factory reset now when it’s turned on to pair with controllers it still will not connect and then glitches to a black screen. We purchased this last week.

Customer service is appalling. After numerous hours expended on how to fix this issue, we ended up purchasing a brand new oculus. An oculus that is 14 months from purchase should not require three controllers to be replaced and now an entire new device. Prior to taking this issue to our Attorney General for a consumer affairs issue detailing fraud, I would like to know how to resolve this issue.

I still have this problem, when I login with my broswer, the app still told me need to login
