Hi,
I am an owner of 128gb quest 3 since premiere.
6.02.2025 i bought another quest 3 512gb but unfortunately it had screen issue so I sent it back for RMA.
In RMA package info e-mail from Meta there was instruction to do not include controllers. So i sent it in original box with cable and charger. That was unfortunate because next week I received RMA device without my charger, cable, original box. Then after contacting Meta Support i asked to full return. They sent me charger and cable so I have a full kit and asked for address. It was a month ago. Since then When i asked about my case I just receive generic e-mail from Meta Support without any update. I asked for alternative ways to return which i didn't get.
