My return package arrived at one of Meta's facilities down in Texas yesterday but the return page says its still awaiting arrival, is this because they only operate on business days or does it take them a while to actually acknowledge the package was delivered?

With the returns, it'll show delivered by the courier on the day it reaches the warehouse. It then takes a few days for the warehouse to check the product that's been sent to us and scan it on the system. If you keep an eye on it then you should see the status change in the next few days 👀

Firstly welcome to the community forums!

In some instances unfortunately these processes can become quite lengthy.

I would suggest waiting until the two week mark then contact support to potentially provide you with an update on the process, may also be more useful doing so via email if you can.

Your patience in this process is greatly appreciated, hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer.

I'm also having this issue with my shipment being stuck in, “awaiting arrival”. There has been no update on the warehouses’ end after it had been delivered.
