So I recently had shipped my oculus quest 2 headset and controllers but I noticed on the shipping labels for the two controllers stated that I was sending “Quest Pro” controllers instead of the default quest 2 controllers, was this a mistake on oculus’s end because I went through the quest 2 standard controller support section and I stated they were quest two controllers. I don’t know if I am getting normal controllers back or if I’m getting none due to not sending back the controller type listed on the label, or if for some unknown reason they are sending me quest pro controllers.

Hey @YourPalRei, we know how worrisome incorrect labels may be, in this case it may have been an incident with our system. It looks like we've got the Quest 2 controllers listed on our system, so you should be good to go!
