I have sent back my defective product nearly a month ago via FedEx. It should NOT TAKE THIS LONG TO GET A REPLACEMENT! Meta does not offer a phone number which is questionable. Website said 8-12 business days to get a replacement! DO BETTER!!!! Send people their replacement devices in a timely manner. I’m going to contact the state attorney general if I don’t get my product shipped within the next few days
