Returning via UPS

I am due to send my headset in for replacement. I have my UPS label but am a little confused as what to do next as the email wasn't that clear.

Do I go onto the UPS site to schedule a pickup? Can I take it to the Post Office? Do I just take it to a UPS collection post? Do I stick the label on the box or not? Is it prepaid - will I have to pay to ship?

Can someone clarify my next steps please?

usually you take your box w/ the label to the nearest post office and hand it to them.

You can, but it will cost to have them come to your house

ONLY if your post office (USPS) handles packages meant for United Parcel Service

That is one way. Personally I would go to an actual UPS "store" (thats what they call themselves)

Yes

No

I think I would go to a UPS office and take the receipt they offer when they take your package.

I would not go to a UPS dropbox and drop it in. But thats just me
