I recently bought a Rift S and was trying to get it set up on my laptop. I've had a rift s in the past and used the same USB-C dongle to get it to work a couple years back. My USB-C is rated for DP 1.2 and capable of rendering VR. However, when I try to use the headset, the screen does not turn on and I keep getting an error message saying "Meta Quest Link Hardware Error - View support article" and it will not do anything. I noticed randomly the screen would turn on for a split second but immediately shut back off and send that error message. I have scoured the forums and other sites for fixes and have tried everything but nothing has worked thus far, any help on this is greatly appreciated!
